Zontex provides Web3 wallet services, including IBAN accounts, cryptocurrency management, and card services. Our services are available to both individuals and businesses, subject to eligibility requirements and applicable regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and private keys. Any loss resulting from compromised account credentials is the user's responsibility unless caused by our negligence.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include attempting to bypass security measures, accessing data not intended for you, and conducting fraudulent transactions.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zontex disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Zontex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zontex, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Zontex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
